Returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.  To start the return/exchange process, contact us at sales@thepinkportal.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return label will not be accepted. We reserve the right to limit returns/exchanges after your first return/exchange. 

* A $15 restocking fee will be assessed on all returns.

*No returns or exchanges on sale, clearance, or Black Friday Special items.
